All our training is done at our facility located at 5155 Northland Drive, Grand Rapids 49525. Some behavior modification training may require off site work as the protocols progress. Your training team will advise you as your program with your dog progresses what types of off site work will best benefit your dog's needs.

Intact males are permitted to attend classes and private sessions. Intact females NOT in cycle and that have been done with their cycle for 10 days are permitted to attend classes and private sessions. Females in heat are NOT permitted on premises for their safety and that of our working dog team and other client dogs. There are several safety reasons for our policy including but not limited to: ALL male dogs – neutered as well as intact – are able to tie to an intact female while she is in heat. Females in heat can result in fights among male dogs – both neutered and intact. Not all females have visible “issues” with their heat cycle, but still may leave behind residue in the training area and lobby floors that we cannot see but the other dogs can smell.

Rabies is required (age appropriate) for all classes. We advise you to check with your vet’s recommendations for public activity – either vaccines or titer. We recommend but do not require bordetella – aka kennel cough – or canine influenza as we do not permit dog play in our classes. We do require verification of vaccination or titer from your vet prior to classes or private sessions. We strongly recommend you check with your vet prior to attending ANY activity involving other dogs at a public place. A clean fecal test (within the last 6 months) is required to ensure the health and safety of dogs and humans on the premises.

Thank you for completing the Training Application Form! Upon submitting this form, you will be directed to a page to pay a $50.00 deposit. Your deposit will hold your appointment time. There is a fee for rescheduling with less than 2 business days’ notice prior to the consultation. PLEASE NOTE: your deposit will be applied towards your consultation fee of $100.00 at your initial consultation appointment. We look forward to meeting you and your dog!!!
